REFUND POLICY

Overview

Due to the specialized nature of research compounds and the critical importance of supply chain integrity, OZ Labs maintains a structured refund policy designed to protect both the researcher and the integrity of our products.

Please read this policy carefully:

Conditions Under Which Refunds or Replacements Are Issued

OZ Labs will issue a refund or replacement shipment under the following conditions:

Order Fulfillment Error

If you received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong compound, wrong concentration, wrong size), we will issue a replacement or full refund at your election. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a description of the fulfillment discrepancy.

Product Arrives Damaged

If a product arrives with visibly damaged packaging, broken vials, or evidence of significant temperature compromise, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will issue a replacement at no charge.

COA Purity Discrepancy

If the compound you received does not match the Certificate of Analysis documentation for its batch — meaning the product has been independently tested and
found to deviate significantly from the stated purity — contact us with documentation within 14 days of delivery. OZ Labs takes purity discrepancy claims seriously and will investigate promptly.

Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Not Issued

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Change of mind

Research compounds are not eligible for return due to buyer preference changes after deliveryIf you received a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong compound, wrong concentration, wrong size), we will issue a replacement or full refund at your election. Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and a description of the fulfillment discrepancy.

Opened products

For integrity and safety reasons, opened or partially used research compounds cannot be returned

Incorrect ordering

If you ordered the wrong compound, wrong size, or wrong format due to buyer error, we cannot accept returns. Please verify your order carefully before checkout.

Delayed shipping

Shipping delays caused by USPS or external factors are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for refund

Research outcome dissatisfaction

Product performance in research contexts is dependent on research design, model selection, handling, and many factors outside OZ Labs’ control. Research outcome expectations do not constitute grounds for refund.

Misuse of product

Any product used outside of its stated research purpose is ineligible for refund

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Replacements, where approved, are processed as new outbound shipments within 1–2 business days of approval.
